Refund Policy

1. Books and merchandise

The Kytherian Association of Queensland (KAQ) will accept the returns of products within 14 days with proof of purchase.  Original products must be returned by customers before refunds or replacements are issued for the products that are faulty, received in a damaged condition or delivered incorrectly. Products must be in acceptable condition and the KAQ must be contacted prior to the products being returned in order to prepare a refund.  Refunds will not be issued for ‘Change of Mind’. Postage and packing costs will be deducted from the refund.


2. Event bookings

Unless specifically stated on the event notice/ invitation, our cancellation policy is: Cancellations must be notified in writing or via phone to the Secretary or the designated organiser of the event as stated on the notice/ invitation one week before the event to be eligible for a full refund. After such time, no refund will be provided for cancellations or no shows.
